Hongdae-Sinchon-Edae cannot be excluded for young people in Korea. They are located in front of major universities, so many people in their 20s are always there. Rambling roads and pretty shops in Hongdae, lots of restaurants and pubs in Sinchon. Edae street(in front of woman university) is more beautiful and clean,  there are many cafes and fashion boutiques are there.
