| Jeonju Bibimbap has five colors (ohbangsaek) : blue, red, yellow, black. Bibimbap is supposed to be mixed by the custu;er him/herself before eating to make it look prettier when served. this mixed dish is extremely nutritious. The Jeonju Bibimbap Festival includes a variety of Korean food globalization related events and is famous here. you may have a glimpse of traditional culture by looking around Jeonju Hyanggyo and Gyodong. Visit ohwonjip in the evening where you can find a unique restaurant. The restaurant in question is famous for its midnight delivery services, wrapped seaweed roll (Gimbap) and roasted pork in lettuce leaves. Roasted meat flavors are fantastic. |
